Madan Verma, B.Com (Hons); FCA; DISA (ICA) who is a qualified chartered accountant in India with experience
over 26 years in Taxation, Audit & assurance services , Formation of Companies, Accounting & Banking. He is also
a qualified Information System Auditor .The office is located at New Delhi -India. "Chartered accountant India" is
a group of Eight (8) chartered accountants assisted by team of computer professionals, Financial Managers & Advocates.
To bring about quality in work the group has set three Standards

To achieve professional standards it has been ensured that personnel assigned to do job should possess adequate professional
proficiency and experience in handling that particular assignment. Of course there are always ongoing consultations among
partners but assignments are allocated according to their expertise in that area.
The partners continue to update knowledge by attending seminars and continuing education programs and there is sufficient direction, supervision and review of work at all levels to provide reasonable assurance that the work performed meets appropriate standards of quality.

Operational Standards relate to collection of information/records analysis and systematic steps to achieve the desired objectives.
To collect the information it is the policy to prepare written questionnaire in advance to seek information about the management, organizational setup,
internal controls, accounting procedures to generate reliable data, inspection systems and obtention of documents to meet requirements.
